Having worked in start up businesses and broadcasting companies prior to law, I know how businesses think and have a very commercial approach to applying the law. I am always focussed on protecting the business, even if this means taking a view from time to time.

No company wants to be facing an Employment Tribunal claim but no matter how well you know and nurture your staff, these things can happen. I will guide you through the process and advise on finding the quickest and most cost-effective resolution. As well as providing all necessary documents for your business, I can also guide you through what can be stressful and emotional employee grievances and disciplinaries, as well as redundancy procedures, which can happen for a variety of reasons and, more often than not, throw up issues and challenges.
